Cheifs Sign Engram, Copper, and Beisel
The Kansas City Chiefs has signed receiver Bobby Engram, Terrance Copper, and linebacker Monty Beisel to contracts.
Engram had career-high 94 catches for more than 1,100 yards in 2007 but was plagued by injuries in 2008. Engram will be 36 when the season starts.
Beisel is a former Chief who spent the last three seasons in Arizona. The 30-year-old started Super Bowl XLIII for the team.
Copper has been a special-teams standout & servicable widereceiver for the Cowboys, Saints, and Ravens.
