David Macklin Arrested
Journeyman cornerback, David Macklin, who grew up in the Newport News Virginia area, was arrested early Friday morning and charged with drunken driving. Macklin, 30, was charged with DUI after being arrested at 3:13 a.m., according to a police record at the Newport News City Jail.
Macklin now plays for the Kansas City Chiefs. He has played for the Indianapolis Colts, Arizona Cardinals, Washington Redskins, and St. Louis Rams.
Macklin runs a foundation, 27 Reasons, to help underprivileged children.
