Week 4 welcomes Michael Vick back to the Top-5 with an outstanding matchup against the Buffalo Bills.

I’m also expecting Eli Manning to begin turning in regular 300+ yard performances with his receivers finally getting healthy.

Look for Kevin Kolb to rebound from last week’s sub-par game with a nice matchup against the Minnesota Vikings.
