Obviously Wes Welker takes a big step up the rankings for a lot of people in a PPR format but he should be considered a must start regardless of the format.
AJ Green gets a significant bump in PPR since he’s the unquestioned best player on the Bengals offense and while it’s not saying a lot, it is resulting in a lot of opportunities.
